The Nation’s #1 Provider of Scoops
For over 50 years Measurex® has been providing consumers the tools necessary for all the right measurements. This makes us the scoop experts.

The Scoop on Our History
Proven manufacturing processes, outstanding quality control, on-time delivery from stock and realistic pricing are all part of the Measurex® formula. For over 75 years, that formula has spelled success for many of the largest and smallest companies in the world who use Measurex® scoops.
The Measurex® product line started in the late 1950’s. Initially, measuring products were designed and tools were built by the Margon Company in NJ to fill specific customer requirements in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical markets. Over time, Measurex® evolved and the product line grew. In January of 1969, Margon realized the value of the brand they had built and trademarked Measurex®. Production of Measurex® remained in NJ. under the management of the original owners until 1993, when it was sold to S&L Plastics and moved to Nazareth, PA.
S&L resumed production of Measurex® scoops with a continued focus on quality. Under S&L’s ownership in 2001, ISO certification was achieved and the facility was recently re-certified to the ISO 9001:2015 Standard. In April 2012, Airlite Plastics Co. acquired S&L Plastics, including the Measurex® product line.

So here’s the scoop…
What started out as a small vision that has progressed into National Measures® finding its home in millions of consumer products worldwide, including pharmaceutical, cosmetic, supplement, and the food and beverage industry.
National Polymers was first founded in 1972 and introduced to the plastics industry as a local custom injection molder in MN. As the plastics industry evolved over the years, so did National Polymer’s focus. We recognized our trade niche in 2003 by engineering our first proprietary product line – National Measures®. The initial release of our scoop line launched in one color and six different dosing sizes. Since then, we have expanded our presence in the market. In 2015, we earned our ISO 9001 certification to ensure our customers’ success is incessantly our number one objective. We stand firm behind our Quality Policy to continuously improve the Quality Management System to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and cost-efficient manufacturing of defect-free product.
In October of 2022, Airlite Plastics Co. acquired National Polymers, including the National Measures product line.
